Shipping & Risk Disclaimer

Ship models are delicate items. I take great care in packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, international shipping is unpredictable, and I cannot guarantee against damage caused by carrier handling.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Inspect the package immediately upon arrival

Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item inside the original packaging

Failure to report within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the item in satisfactory condition

Replacement parts may be provided subject to availability if damage is reported within the 24-hour window with proper photographic evidence.

Packaging Details

To ensure your model arrives safely and to minimize the impact of unpredictable bumps during transit, fine and fragile parts such as the bridge (superstructure), aircraft, and masts may be packed separately from the hull. This is a protective measure, not an indication that the model is unfinished.

When you receive the package, carefully unpack all components and simply attach them following the included instructions – a small amount of glue is all you need. An assembly guide is available upon request.

If you prefer a fully assembled model with all parts permanently fixed before shipping, please contact me before ordering so we can arrange special packaging. Additional charges may apply.

⚠️ Terms & Disclaimer

Handcrafted Nature: All models are individually hand-painted and assembled. Slight differences from the listing images may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage: While every effort is made to secure the model, I cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Late reports (beyond 24 hours) will not be accepted as valid damage claims.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted only if the item arrives with a major structural defect that was not disclosed in the listing. Minor variations in paint, assembly, or separate packing of delicate parts are not grounds for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error is mine.

Custom Orders: Any special requests (e.g., full assembly with all parts glued, alternative color scheme, budget-friendly build, upgraded display base) must be communicated and agreed upon before purchase.

Intellectual Property: The model kit parts are sourced from licensed manufacturers; the final assembled product is my original craftsmanship.
